RealBidWinner.com, LLC’s goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction on every transaction and purchase made on www.realbidwinner.com. We have therefore created the following refund policy that is available for all of our members.

Overview:

All of our members are given an opportunity to view, purchase or buy real estate properties that may be used as a primary residence or investment opportunity. Since the purchase and/or sale of real estate is regulated in most locations and the closing transaction results in the public recording, of a deed of trust and possibly a mortgage, by the local Clerk of the Court, we feel that it is necessary to point out that this Refund Policy is no longer applicable once documents are signed and fully executed at the property closing.

Prior to the property closing, members will be entitled to a full refund of the following payments:

• In the event a member is not fully satisfied with his or her experience with realbidwinner.com, the member may request a full refund of the $199.00US membership fee that that is paid when the membership form is submitted during the “Become a Member” process. The member must submit a written request for the refund utilizing the Contact Us form on the website. All refunds will be made back through the credit or debit card originally used to pay for the administrative fee. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the refund to be processed.
• Once a member registers for an auction, the member can withdraw from the auction prior to the start of the live auction. The member simply clicks on the “Withdraw from Auction” button on the property detail page. This initiates an automatic refund back to the member for the full amount of the auction registration fee.
• If for any reason the winner of an auction is unable to complete the closing of the property, all winning bid amounts paid by the member will be automatically refunded.
• In the unlikely event that the server hosting the realbidwinner.com website fails during a live auction, all auction registration fees collected for the auction will be automatically refunded to those members registered for the affected auction(s).

Exceptions:

• Auction registrations fees are no longer refundable once the live auction begins (the “Withdraw from Auction” button is no longer active) or an auction is completed.
• Auction registration fees will not be refunded should a member experience a failure of the computer, tablet or smart phone that they are using during the auction, or lose internet access, or fail to login to realbidwinner.com for the live auction.
• The winning bid amount paid by the auction winner will not be eligible for refund once the property closing is completed.
